We’re hiring! Opster is looking for a new office manager/HR to join the family. We’re a growing B2B start-up located in central Tel Aviv, creating solutions for DevOps teams using Elasticsearch (don’t worry, we’ll teach you what that means 😜 ).
Core responsibilities will include:
- Spearheading recruitment – publishing job posts, being the contact point for placement companies, keeping track of CVs and processes with candidates
- Onboarding / Offboarding
- Compliance tasks for SOC-2
- Planning fun things! Gifts for employees, happy hours, bonding trips, birthday celebrations, enrichment activities and more
- Office upkeep – ordering groceries, buying tech equipment, being in touch with the cleaning service if needed
- Opportunities for taking on more responsibilities in various fields, such as marketing and business development
Skills and qualifications:
- Responsible
- Attention to detail
- Experience with office management / HR – an advantage
Additional details:
- Part time position, full time can be considered if additional roles are taken on
- Office in central Tel Aviv
- Company workouts twice a week 💪 💪
